The legend

Miquela, also known as Lil Miquela, is a virtual singer and social media personality who began in 2016 as an Instagram profile presenting a 19-year-old girl often described as a robot. Wikipedia credits Trevor McFedries and Sara DeCou as her creators. Her fictional life has included a Calvin Klein ad alongside Bella Hadid and a BMW campaign, and she releases music on the account, including the song “Prototype.”
